Eligibility for Participation
Anyone is welcome to join, but the following groups are especially encouraged:
- Graduate students who wish to explore diverse career possibilities
- Undergraduate students or working professionals considering graduate school
- University faculty, staff, or educators interested in higher education and graduate education
- Those in companies or research institutes interested in contribution and recruitment of doctoral talent
- Government officials or administrators interested in graduate education and development and engagement of doctoral talent
Notes on Application

- For general participant category*, please note that seating is limited, and registration may close earlier than the designated period. In addition, once the venue reaches its maximum capacity, the same measure may apply to participants other than those in the general admission category. We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage you to apply as early as possible.
*The “general participant category” refers to individuals who are NOT students, university faculty/staff, school (non-university) affiliates, corporate representatives, or government officials.
